Where do I go for medical emergencies?


If you have a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

What if I need Telephone Advice after normal office hours?

We Recommend that you save your routine questions for normal office hours.

If you need telephone advice after normal business hours, you may call our office at 408-272-0348 to leave a message with the doctor. Please make sure that your message is detailed so that the doctor may serve you better.


How can I refill my child's prescription?


A request for prescription refill must be made during normal office hours only. Please contact your pharmacy first and have them fax us a refill request. Our fax number is (408) 272-0378

Do your accept walk-ins?


During Normal office hours we discourage “walk-ins”.

As much as possible “walk-ins” will not be seen. If you come to our office without an appointment during normal office hours, we will screen your child’s problem for urgency and schedule appropriately for an available appointment.

There can be a 1-2 hour wait period before this availability occurs; therefore, we always encourage your to call for an appointment first


What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?


If you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment, our policy is that you must notify our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If not, there will be a broken appointment charge.

Please understand that a missed appointment leaves a vacant space that could have allowed another child to be seen.


What types of payments are accepted?


To better serve you, our office currently accepts cash, check,Visa or MasterCard. A valid drivers license is required for any payment other than cash.
